Start with the shampoo, then apply the conditioner to towel-dried hair. Next, either spray the All in One Milk through your washed hair or work the Soufflé through the lengths and ends. That way, one box gives you several steps of your routine in one place.

How long should I leave the OI Conditioner in?

After applying the conditioner to towel-dried hair, leave it on for 2 to 3 minutes. Then comb it through and rinse thoroughly. This gives the formula, which contains panthenol and glycerin among other ingredients, time to work on your hair so it feels softer.

Do I rinse out the OI All in One Milk and the OI Soufflé?

No, you don't rinse out either product. Spray the All in One Milk 10 to 15 times into washed, towel-dried hair and go straight on to styling. Work the Soufflé through damp lengths and ends, then dry and style your hair as you like.

Can I apply the OI Soufflé to my roots?

No, keep the Soufflé away from your roots. After washing, warm it between your hands and work it through damp lengths and ends only. This keeps your scalp free of product and gives the care to the oldest part of your hair, the ends.

How often should I use the OI Shampoo, and how much do I need?

Spread the shampoo evenly over your scalp and wet hair, then massage it in gently. Rinse out and repeat if needed, for example if your hair doesn't feel clean after the first wash. The manufacturer doesn't give a set frequency.
