The only difference is that a hairdresser's trunk does not have wheels. The "hairdresser's suitcase trolley" has 2 or 4 wheels, is movable and can therefore be rolled behind you. By the way, does the hairdresser's trolley have 2 wheels? Then you need to tilt it slightly to roll it. A hairdresser's trunk with 4 wheels does not require this.
