  • What is a tracking number?

    A tracking number is a unique code, released by PostNL, for example, that allows you to track your order online. This allows you to see if your order has already been picked up, where it is now, and when PostNL expects to deliver your order.

  • I received an incorrect item. What now?

    This is of course very annoying and certainly not the intention. In this case, please contact our customer service.

    To help you as quickly as possible, we would like to ask you to keep your order ID ready.

    You can of course return the product free of charge. We will also make sure that you receive the right product as soon as possible.

  • Who will deliver my order?

    We work with PostNL to deliver your order. PostNL transfers the package to the local carrier.

  • I did not receive an email with tracking number. What now?

    There could be two things going on here:

    A tracking number may not work immediately upon receipt. Please try again after an hour. If it still does not work then, please contact our customer service.
    You may also have entered a wrong combination of zip code and address while ordering. In that case, please contact customer service.
