These conditions apply to the Redken win campaign where customers can win a Redken Shades EQ color service + ABC haircare treatment + blowdry & styling (at a hairdresser near them) worth €100. The promotion runs from 14-03-2025 until stocks last on the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Leave-in Treatment Gift 30 ml.

Participation in the promotion is free of charge. By placing an order at Haarshop.com during the duration (01-04-2024 to 30-04-2024) of the promotion with a minimum purchase of 3 Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate products, you will automatically have a chance to win the prize. To participate in the promotion and be eligible to win a prize, a valid e-mail address must be entered when placing an order on Haarshop.com. Newsletter subscription is not required. You will not increase your chances of winning the prize by placing multiple orders during the term.

To be eligible to win a prize, participants must be 18 years of age or older. Participation by a minor requires the consent of a parent.

Any customer who has placed an order with a minimum of 3 Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate products at Haarshop.com during the duration of the campaign will have a chance to win the following prize:

• Redken Shades EQ color service + ABC haircare treatment + blow-dry & Styling (1x).

3 winners will be chosen from the customers who have placed an order of at least 3 Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate products at Haarshop.com during the promotional period. You will not receive confirmation of participation and the winner will be chosen randomly by a computer.

The prize can be claimed up to one month after participation. The prize winner will receive a personal email with an explanation. If Haarshop has a response within 1 month then contact will be transferred to Redken to schedule the appointment at a salon near the winner and to answer technical questions if needed. If Haarshop.com has not received a response within 1 month, the prize won cannot be claimed.

The e-mail address provided when placing an order will be used by Haarshop.com. We will send you different types of emails. In addition, we regularly send a newsletter and personalized offers by e-mail. But only if you have indicated that you want to receive them.

The content of the newsletter is personalized based on your purchases, your interests and the products you have viewed on our website. The newsletter is sent only to the e-mail address you entered. We keep a record of this. Of course you can always unsubscribe directly or view and/or change your data.

E-mail without newsletter subscription

Did you not subscribe to the newsletter? Then you will only receive e-mails relating to the action, such as the e-mail stating if you have won the prize.

Who has access to your information

How long do we keep your data?

Liability

Redken (L'Oréal Group) and Haarshop.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the organization of or participation in the win action or prize, regardless of the cause or consequences of such damages.

• No correspondence can be entered into about the results.
• It is not possible to transfer the prize to anyone else.
• Employees of Redken (L'Oréal Group) and Haarshop.com are excluded from participating.
• No rights can be derived from this promotion.
• By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash, other products or other prizes.
• Redken (L'Oréal Group) and Haarshop.com reserve the right to change or end the action unilaterally. This will be communicated on the terms and conditions page.
• Any price changes and/or printing, typing and typesetting errors reserved.
• Redken (L'Oréal Group) and Haarshop.com is authorized to exclude persons from participation in the event of suspected unlawful participation or fraud.
• Participants who have not won a prize will not be notified.

These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. All disputes will be settled by a judge appointed by the organization.
