These conditions apply to the Sebastian play & win action. The action runs from 01-03-2021 to 30-07-2021.

Participation in the action is free of charge. To participate in the action and be eligible for a prize, a valid e-mail address must be entered. Newsletter subscription is not required. Only one entry can be made per e-mail address to participate in the promotion.

To participate in the promotion and be eligible for a prize, participants must be 18 years of age or older. Participation by a minor requires the consent of a parent.

All participants have a chance to win the following prizes:

• One year of Sebastian hair products worth 600 euros (1x)
• Sebastian Professional Dark Oil line worth 235 euros (2x)
• Sebastian Professional Icons worth 100 euros (3x)
• Sebastian Professional travelsize favorites worth 45 euros (70x)

Every participant who does not win one of the above prizes will receive one discount code worth 12.5% in the webshop of Haarshop.com on all Sebastian products. The code is valid until 31-08-2021 with a minimum order of 30 euros. Not valid in combination with other promotions.

All winners will receive an email confirmation of the prize won. Prizes will be awarded no later than 3 months after the end of the promotion period. Winners will be chosen at random by a computer.

Won grand prizes can be claimed up to 3 months after participation. Prize winners will receive a personal email with an explanation. If Haarshop.com has not received a response within 3 months, the prize won cannot be claimed.

Newsletter & e-mail

The email address provided will be used by Haarshop.com. We will send you different types of emails. You will receive emails in response to your purchase with, for example, information about your order, a review request or tips about your product. In addition, we regularly send a newsletter and personalized offers by e-mail. But only if you have indicated that you want to receive them.

The content of the newsletter is personalized based on your purchases, your interests and the products you have viewed on our website. The newsletter is sent only to the e-mail address you entered. We keep a record of this. Of course you can always unsubscribe directly or view and/or change your data.

In suspicious situations, we are required to share customer data with government agencies.

Security

How long do we keep your information?

The personal data described above is kept for as long as necessary to process your orders, including warranty and/or repair. Thereafter, we retain data for up to seven years for the statistical purposes described. The data is then deleted, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).

Liability

Sebastian Professional and Haarshop.com are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the organization of or participation in the win action or prize, regardless of the cause or consequences of such damages.

• No correspondence can be entered into about the results.
• It is not possible to transfer the prize to anyone else.
• Employees of Sebastian Professional and Haarshop.com are excluded from participation.
• No rights can be derived from this action.
• By participating in this action you agree to these terms and conditions.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• Sebastian Professional and Haarshop.com reserve the right to change or end the action unilaterally. This will be communicated on the terms and conditions page.
• Price changes and/or printing, typing and typesetting errors are reserved.

These conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. All disputes will be settled by a judge appointed by the organization.
