How to use:
- Preparation: remove any remaining eye makeup from the lashes and allow them to dry completely.
- Step 1: apply the volumizing primer to clean lashes, starting at the base of the lash and sweeping upward and outward.
- Step 2: use the volumizing mascara with the same application technique.
- Step 3: apply multiple coats to build more length and volume.
