Directions for use
- Wash hair with shampoo and towel dry.
- Roll perms tightly into the hair.
- Apply Perm Lotion SD with gloves. Follow instructions for proper amounts.
- Allow perm lotion to soak in and rinse for 3-5 minutes with rollers still in hair.
- Dab off excess water with a towel.
- Apply the Perm Fix Neutralizer over the rollers and leave on for 7 minutes.
- Apply the Neutralizer again and leave on for 3 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly without shampooing.
