Fanola No-Orange Shampoo: Explained
The texture is fairly thick and gel-like. It contains some purple pigments, but mainly blue pigments. The pigments are so intense that you really can’t see through them.
Many silver shampoos sometimes have an unpleasant scent. That is not the case with Fanola No Orange Shampoo. The scent is actually somewhat, ehm, lighter. To put it simply, the shampoo smells fresh!
The shampoo rubs off your hands easily. You will notice some color residue, but as soon as you rinse it off with water, the blue color comes off your hands as well. We do recommend using dark towels just in case it transfers a little.
The longer you leave Fanola No Orange Shampoo in your hair, the cooler your hair color will become. If you leave it in too long, your hair can actually take on a bluish hue. So try leaving it in for 1 or 2 minutes first, and if needed, increase the time by a minute.
The pH value of Fanola No Orange Shampoo is between 5.0 and 5.2. This means the silver shampoo won’t lift your hair cuticles, but will keep them as intact as possible. There remains a small opening so the blue pigments can penetrate your hair. In practice this means your cuticles are not unnecessarily damaged and the shampoo can do its job.
