CND Shellac Base Coat

CND Shellac Base Coat is the first step of Shellac on the natural nail.

Shake the bottle vigorously to mix the contents well (+/- 30 seconds). Apply the Base Coat after treating the nail with CND ScrubFresh. Cure the Base Coat for 10 seconds under the CND Shellac UV lamp. We cannot guarantee the result with other lamps!
