CND Shellac Base Coat is the first step of Shellac on the natural nail.

Shake the bottle firmly to mix the contents well (+/- 30 seconds). Apply the Base Coat after the nail has been treated with CND ScrubFresh. Let the Base Coat cure for 10 seconds under the CND Shellc UV lamp. We cannot vouch for the results of other lamps!
